Webinar - Introduction to FMR Workbench, key use cases and hands-on demo"

Overview

FMR Workbench (FWB) is a remote registry browser and metadata maintenance tool which brings the strengths and capabilities of the FMR User Interface to any SDMX compliant registry, implementing an SDMX RESTful API. One significant use case for FMR Workbench users is the ability to connect to .Stat-Suite spaces for browsing and maintaining .Stat-Suite structural metadata.

The webinar will review the gap which led to the creation of the FMR Workbench and will clarify the landscape by reviewing Fusion Metadata Registry (FMR) and FWB key use cases. The National Bank of Belgium will outline their perspective and usage of the FWB and give a hands-on demo of the FWB in action managing .Stat Suite structural metadata. The FWB governance and user engagement models will be shared. There will be at least 20 minutes at the end of the webinar dedicated to answering participant questions.

The webinar is intended for statisticians, methodologists, and data modellers. More on FMR Workbench at https://sdmx.io . More on SDMX at https://sdmx.org .
